Returns & Exchanges
Customers can submit a return request to the customer service team within 14 days after the package is delivered, and send the product back (without damaging the product and packaging)
pieces.
Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition.
Please note that original shipping will not be refunded for any returns.

Please note that the request for a return must be made within 14 days. Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items.
Glamermaid will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
**Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.
**All promotional and holiday sale event items are FINAL SALE.
**Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within the 14 days of delivery, with the exception of special holiday promotions.
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If in the event a product is defective a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
